The Fine Arts Center is making some exciting updates designed to make your life easier!

We’re transitioning to a new online registration system where families can easily view, register for, and manage all their Fine Arts Center classes in one convenient place.

A $15 annual family registration fee will help us maintain this new system—but if you register before January 1, 2026, that fee will be waived!

Held 2nd Fridays of the month 6:00 - 8:00 pm

$25 for each kit,  or 2 kits for $40

Mold Making Workshop for Adults 

Ages 16 to Adults

January 20 - February 24

Unlock the art of transforming clay into lasting forms! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the essential, nuts-and-bolts process of mold making—perfect for artists, hobbyists, and curious creators alike. Whether you’re new to the craft or looking to expand your skills, this class will give you the confidence to create your own molds and bring your sculptural ideas to life.

With expert guidance, you’ll explore mold-making techniques designed especially for deep-relief sculpture. By the end of the workshop, you’ll not only understand the full molding process—you’ll be ready to make your own castings with precision and creativity.

• How to prepare your clay for clean, successful mold making 
• Tips for choosing the right materials to capture fine details 
• Techniques for creating molds that hold depth, form, and texture 
• How to avoid the most common (and frustrating!) mold-making mistakes

Monthly activities held on Wednesdays from 630 - 7:30 pm,  Beginning January 14th, 2026
