Welcome to The Brigham City Fine Arts Center. By participating in our programs, attending our events, or using our facilities, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.
1.1. The Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing art education, performances, and creative experiences for the community.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern all programs, services, and events offered by the Center, including but not limited to classes, concerts, workshops, plays, and public interactions.
2.1. All individuals, regardless of age, are welcome to participate in the Center’s programs and events.
2.2. Children under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate in classes or programs.
2.3. The Center reserves the right to deny participation or attendance to any individual who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3.1. All participants must complete the necessary registration process for classes, workshops, or events.
3.2. Payment for classes or events is required upon registration unless otherwise specified.
3.3. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the Center's cancellation and refund policy.
4.1. Participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior while attending classes, events, or performances.
4.2. The Center reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
4.3. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward staff, instructors, or other participants will not be tolerated.
5.1. The Center follows all applicable health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
5.2. In case of an emergency or health-related issue, participants may be required to provide relevant medical information.
5.3. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and safety while attending classes and events. The Center is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises or during events.
6.1. The content of the Center’s programs, including but not limited to class materials, performances, and artworks, is the intellectual property of the Center or the respective creators and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6.2. Participants may not use any of the Center’s copyrighted materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7.1. The Center may take photographs or videos during events and programs for promotional purposes.
7.2. By participating in any program or event, you consent to the Center using your image or likeness in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, and the Center’s website.
7.3. If you do not wish to have your image used, please notify the Center in writing prior to the event.
8.1. Participants acknowledge and agree that their participation in classes, events, or other activities is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk.
8.2. The Center is not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss of property that may occur during participation in any of its activities.
9.1. The Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, workshop, or event due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9.2. In the event of cancellation, participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to another class or event.
9.3. Participants may cancel their registration and request a refund in accordance with the Center’s refund policy.
10.1. The Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Center's website, and continued participation in the Center’s programs will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Refund Policy
At The Brigham City Fine Arts Center, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate refund requests whenever possible. Below is our refund policy for classes, workshops, and event tickets.

If you are unable to attend a class or event but would like to support the Center, you have the option to donate your class fee or ticket cost. This donation will support future programs and help us continue to offer art education and performances to the community.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the approved cancellation request.
