Reel Talent Film Festival

 Lights, camera… ART-TELL! Join us for the Reel Talent Film Festival, a brand-new celebration of creativity, storytelling, and community at The Fine Arts Center. This exciting event brings filmmakers and audiences together for a night of unforgettable short films created with imagination, heart, and a touch of challenge.

Whether you’re a seasoned filmmaker or discovering your passion for the first time, this festival is designed to inspire, showcase, and uplift the incredible talent in our community.

Admission Prices:

• $15 – Adults
• $12 – Students, Seniors & Veterans
• $10 – Children 12 and under

Registration Window: January 5 – February 27
All film entries must be registered through the official Google Form.

Entry Details

• Entrance fee: $25 per film (includes one admission ticket to the festival)
• Each film group may submit up  to 2 films, but only one will be selected for the festival lineup.
• Films must be between 5 and 8 minutes long.
• A Thumb Drive with the completed film must be submitted to The Fine Arts Center during the entry process.
• Films may include 10% or less A.I. content.
• Filmmakers must attend the event if their film is accepted.
• Each filmmaker will give a 1-minute live introduction before their film is shown.
• Films must be appropriate for a general audience: no swearing, inappropriate scenes, political bias, or controversial topics.
• All participants must sign that  they agree to follow Fine Arts Center policies and procedures.

To amp up the creativity and level the playing field, all films must include all 9 required elements:

1. Singing
2. FAC phrase
3. Upside-down furniture
4. Problem stated
5. Problem solved
6. Indoor scene
7. Outdoor scene
8. Time traveler
9. Photo-bomb

These elements guarantee a festival full of originality, humor, and memorable storytelling!

Cash prizes will be awarded in both Teen and Adult categories.

Overall Awards

• Best of Show: $500
• People’s Choice Award: $250

Adult Category — Ages 19+

• 1st Place: $300
• 2nd Place: $200

Teen Category — Ages 13–18

• 1st Place: $200
• 2nd Place: $100
